Lisa takes a holistic approach to training, creating everyday athletes for life. She works with a combination of functional movements and movement patterns working on strength, fitness, flexibility and coordination together with right/left brain integration.

You will begin your personal training journey with an assessment of your posture, body imbalances, ailments and nervous system. Lisa will then work with you on a plan to help you reach your desired goals.

The equipment in her Boutique Studio in Byron Bay has been carefully selected to maximise results using her extensive knowledge of the human body, injury rehabilitation, sport-specific aspects of performance, post and prenatal exercises (when suitable) as well as experience in nutrition and implementation of positive behavioural patterns specifically tailored to you.

Lisa can also work you out anywhere, online or in-person with whatever equipment you have available to ensure you have a great functional training session that meets your situational needs and desired outcomes.

Lisa offers the option of One-on-One or Small-group Training Sessions up to 4 people. Online Personal Training is also available via Zoom or FaceTime. All sessions are 1 hour in duration and various membership options are available.

With her extensive experience and knowledge combined with her engaging fun approach, Lisa will inspire, motivate, and educate you to be an even better version of yourself!
