Lisa Parkes truly lives this motto and her passion for health, wellness and fitness has inspired thousands of people to transform their lifestyle over the years. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the field create the perfect atmosphere to support those changes not only to happen but also to endure for a lifetime. Lisa believes that true lifestyle transformation is within reach for everyone!

Lisa is a dedicated Lifestyle Coach, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer and Entrepreneur. The comprehensive solutions she offers incorporate all aspects of a Healthy Lifestyle, empowering her clients to take responsibility for their own Health. Movement definitely plays an important role in this game. However, health is a multi-dimensional term that covers physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms. Lisa strives to encompass all of them by working with Nature, Nutrition, Movement and Mindfulness, leading to overall lifestyle changes for her clients. Through this holistic approach Lisa aims to inspire, motivate and educate people to achieve true transformation.

Lisa is also a Keynote Motivational Speaker, Event Organiser and the founder/director of a Registered Charity that operates the Byron Bay Lighthouse Run every year to raise funds and donate to those in need.

To top it all off, her participation in the Ninja Warrior TV show inspired her to build Ninja Play - an exciting functional movement space in Byron Bay that interrupted its operations during the pandemic, but might be back in the future.

Driven by her emphasis on Health, Ethics, Integrity, Growth, Humility, Learning and Resilience, Lisa Parkes is the right person to support you in your journey into the World of Wellness.

  • Les Mills Certified Pump, Balance, Combat, and Step

  • Exercise Rehabilitation Certificate

  • Post & Prenatal Exercise Training

  • Swimming & Gymnastics Teacher

  • CPR - Bronze Medallion & Senior First Aid
