“I've been training with Lisa for over 15 years now. I love Lisa so much. I get so much out of our training. I just love how she pushes me even though I'm in the situation that I'm in (wheelchair). She has always pushed me and motivated me to just keep going, and I really enjoy our time together. One of the things I really love about Lisa is that she's quite holistic with her approach to things. She's always had incredible knowledge about food, and what's good to fuel your body and give you all the nutrients that you need. She's such a motivation and inspiration to me in the way that she lives her life, as she actually lives what she preaches. I really admire that about her. If you were ever thinking of starting up training with somebody, Lisa is your girl, she really pushes you and inspires you throughout.”

“Lisa, I just want to thank you so much for working with me over the last 2 years.

When I decided to get serious about competition dressage riding (Equestrian) again I realised my body was not so young anymore. You have helped me enormously to isolate and strengthen the muscles that I need to use for my chosen sport. I am now so much more capable and effective as a rider. You always put a lot of thought into the workouts and exercises I do at each session. Thank you for always being enthusiastic and encouraging no matter how I am feeling on the day. I always look forward to training with you and feel better for it.”

“I am a 67-year-old male with serious back issues. When I started training with Lisa I was under the care of a Physio and diagnosed for yet another back surgery. Three years on I have minimal back issues and am stronger than I have been since my 20s. Lisa has an amazing ability to tailor each training session to the particular needs and requirements of the individual client. Anytime I find that I can’t do an exercise, Lisa comes up with an effective alternative. As Lisa says: No excuses! We will find a way!”

“I've been training with Lisa for a long time. I think it's about 17 years now on and off. She really knows her stuff, but she also has over the years got to know my body and injuries that I’ve sustained over the years, and shoulder reconstruction, and various broken bones, and torn muscles. So she knows how to sort of work routine around my body. And that's really important to me. In my late 50s I learned how to ski and she trained me up for a good long period of time to get me learning a new sport like snow skiing. Whenever I've had an adventure going overseas or something like that, I've always trained with Lisa prior to, to get my fitness levels up. So it's been really beneficial. And I've just found, in general, exercise helps my state of mind. I'm a much more content person when I'm exercising. I have long standing chronic pain issues, and I've discovered over the years that it hurts not to exercise. It's never the same, but rarely the same. It's always a different pattern of exercises that I follow each week or each day that I come. I can definitely recommend Lisa as a person to be trained by. She's always very upbeat, she's got a really positive attitude, and that really counts a lot. She's a warm and friendly person and became a friend after all these years of training.”

"Seeing Lisa and starting PT with her’s been the best investment I've ever done in myself, and I can 100% recommend that to anyone. Especially maybe if you're pregnant and you don't really know how to navigate through that period. So you really want to go and see someone that has experience in that and Lisa does hands down."

"I have been training with Lisa for around 15 years. I just love it! I come twice a week and at the age of 75, and my health and well being wouldn't be the same without her. She helped me through any injuries that I've had to maintain and strengthen those areas so they don't become a problem. I feel that she has been an incredible influence in my life. She's done so many things within the community through her Lighthouse run to raise money for incredibly worthy causes. Thanks, Lisa!"
