- 250g Cacao butter
- 50 – 75g vegan choc chips
- 1/2 cup – 1 cup Cacao powder (depending on how you like it)
- 2tbsp Coconut nectar or more if needed (taste test)
- 1tbsp goji berries
- 1tbsp almond nut butter
Melt cocoa butter in bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
Add in chou chips, powder and coconut nectar mix.
Pour into a jug and then pour into moulds.
Gently drop in a few goji berries to each mould, or to make nut butter entered chocolates pour half mould of chocolate then put in a spoon of nut butter and then pour chocolate over the top.
Put moulds in freezer for at least an hour to set, then pop out of mould and store in container in the fridge.
