Acai Breakfast bowl


INGREDIENTS

  • 1small frozen banana sliced

  • 1 packet frozen pure Acai chopped

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (fresh organic berries frozen)

  • Small handful fresh rasberries

  • 4 fresh strawberries

  • 100 ml organic apple juice

  • 50 ml coconut water

  • 1/2 cup gluten free muesli of your choice

METHOD

  1. Place all frozen ingredients, juice and water in blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until it is a thick non lumpy consistency (add more juice or water if needed).

  3. Pour out into a bowl, slice strawberries and place on top of Acai with raspberries or any other fruit you choose.

  4. Sprinkle muesli on top, and enjoy!
